Have you ever read an article that was fundamental in nature, yet when you finished reading it, you came away with more of a sense of understanding and purpose?
I read a lot of industry articles everyday and I enjoy an article like that every now and again.
In this case it was an article about content marketing (naturally) and it served as a reminder for many of the things we practice daily.
Things like, we’re competing with everyone for our audience’s attention so our content needs to be compelling and of high quality. And about adding value and establishing relationships so people will eventually trust us and buy the products and services that we sell….things like that.
In our case today, it’s about purpose-focused content; the kind of content that our featured writer describes as content that serves as a “compass point to develop purpose-focused content for customer engagement and employee/shareholder relations.”
