One of the things I enjoy about this racket they call content marketing is the fact that I’m always learning.
One of my career goals is to learn at least one thing about marketing every day. Thankfully Google’s learning app, that was recently relaunched will help me fulfill that goal.
The name of the app is Primer and the initiative to relaunch the project by Google kind of highlights the fact, in my mind, why marketers are so important to the company’s continued success as the world’s leading search engine provider.
NewsCred, the content marketing software company and other marketing experts have joined forces with Google and are providing the content, in the form of marketing lessons, to Primer and best of all, it’s free.
I had the good fortune of speaking with Amber van Natten, Managing Editor of Content Marketing at NewsCred about an article she published this week on the company blog titled ‘Primer By Google Is Here To Make You A Better Marketer (In 5 Minutes Or Less)’.
Amber had the opportunity to speak with the folks at Primer and she summarized her conversation and what Primer is all about in her article.
